My new baby: the D810

At the moment there is Nikon Cashback again. My D800 is now 3 ½ years old and unfortunately has problems focusing more often. This occurs quite often, especially with the 70-200, which is very annoying with animals in motion. Of course, the problem can easily be fixed by a repair, but I took advantage of the cashback offer and took advantage of it, especially since the price of the D810 has remained very stable so far and therefore no further waiting makes sense. This is mainly due to the fact that Nikon only sells the D810 at specialized dealers, including Amazon, for example. So I bought the camera from United Camera in Vienna and left the D800 there for repairs. It will be my backup camera in the future. After the first shoots I will of course write a little experience report again. I'm particularly excited about the new AF area group control!
